Test Manager

Job Role: The Test Manager oversees planning, coordination, and execution of testing, commissioning, and system acceptance activities for airport baggage handling solutions. Responsibilities: Lead and manage commissioning teams, monitor progress, ensure documentation accuracy, coordinate with stakeholders, validate system performance, facilitate customer acceptance testing, deliver training, and ensure safety and compliance standards are met. Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years of experience in baggage handling or airport automation, strong knowledge of control systems and troubleshooting, excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments. Willingness to travel extensively and obtain security clearance is required. Key Duties: Lead testing phases, manage resources, resolve discrepancies, coordinate with third parties, support operational readiness, and promote safety and quality standards. The role emphasizes technical leadership, stakeholder communication, and project success in airport automation projects.
