Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative design-build solutions
• Manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Lead project execution from concept through completion

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in design-build
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for creating sustainable and efficient designs

Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually
