Test Integration Lead - Engineer III

Location: McKinney, TX (onsite)

About the Role

Raytheon Engineering designs, produces, and builds new technologies and enhances existing capabilities to solve our customer's most complex challenges. The Apertures and Radio Frequency Department is a team of engineers responsible for electrical design and development of RF products within Raytheon. Our charter is to provide expertise in sub-systems engineering, RF and radome design, digital apertures, antenna ranges, and module test.

Responsibilities

• Lead test integration efforts for Near Field Probe Systems with focus on meeting cost and schedule goals
• Partner with other team leads, cost account managers, and team members
• Communicate effectively with program leadership and customers as needed
• Work through challenges quickly, elevate issues to technical SMEs when needed, and effectively lead their team to achieve success

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
• Minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience to include any combination of the following:
  • Experience with RF test
  • Experience with test Hardware and Software integration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading a project team
• Experience with collaboration and reporting to program leads
• Active DoD Secret clearance with investigation within last five years

Pay

The salary range for this role is $86,800 - $165,200 USD.
