Test Infrastructure and Integration SME

About the Role

PeopleTec is seeking a Test Infrastructure and Integration SME to support our Huntsville, AL location. This role involves supporting systems engineering, test infrastructure, and integration for missile defense or other complex defense systems.

Responsibilities

• Support systems engineering, test infrastructure, and integration efforts for missile defense or other complex defense systems.
• Contribute to Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) efforts.
• Translate high-level mission objectives into detailed technical, test, and integration requirements.
• Apply strong understanding of MDA system architectures, test infrastructure, integration processes, lifecycle processes, and verification/validation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering, test infrastructure, or systems integration.
• Proven experience supporting missile defense or other complex defense systems.
• Strong understanding of MDA system architectures and test infrastructure.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Secret clearance upon hire; ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (active TS/SCI preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field.
