Test & Evaluation Digital Transformation Project Engineer (Saber)

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up with the T&E DX Lead and Saber Lead to align the Saber capability roadmap and features with the StarDrive roadmap
• Help out in defining strategic Saber vision
• Collaborate with Siemens software vendor for the implementation and deployment of new capabilities
• Employ deep understanding of flight test processes (design, test planning, control room support, vehicle configuration, instrumentation, data processing, analysis, and requirements/capability verification) to integrate digital solutions into existing workflows
• Connect with multiple Aero sites, program teams, and other Business Areas to harmonize digital efforts and share best practices

Desired Skills

• Experience delivering DX initiatives across multiple programs or Business Areas
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Outstanding written and oral communication; ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences
