Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures so that system products and services meet client standards and end-user requirements.
- Perform and support testing of software changes across the system, interfaced applications, support applications, and the standard workstation image, including all tiers of testing and user acceptance testing.
- Analyze financial application issues, document defects, and recommend remediation options for client approval before execution.
- Clock in with the functional, architect, help desk, and program leads to align testing with the release schedule and requirements.
- Maintain test documentation, scripts, and results to support repeatable testing and audit needs.
- Support upgrade and patch cycles by validating system outputs, data transfers, and release activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in testing and evaluation.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing test plans, cases, and procedures for enterprise applications.
- Experience documenting defects and recommending remediation.
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation and obtain client site access.
Nice to Have
- Testing experience with Oracle Federal Financials, including upgrade (for example, 12.2) and quarterly patch cycles.
- Familiarity with federal financial management environments and shared service operations.
- Experience with Section 508 accessibility testing and ServiceNow-managed change control.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust (suitability) clearance.
- Must be able to pass a federal background investigation.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required (no visa sponsorship available).
