Test Engineer (TS/SCI Clearance with CI Poly Required)

About the role

North Point Technology seeks to fill a position for a Technical Engineer. This role will be responsible for contributing to the development and maintenance of critical mission systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software solutions for complex mission systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, project managers, and clients.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools used in mission system development.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Experience with software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
