Test Engineer | Secret clearance

Pipeline requisition for an onsite position at Point Mugu, CA. US citizenship required. Position is pending funding.

About the role

Support the Navy’s airborne Electronic Warfare Integrated Laboratories (EWIL) Division, Electronic Combat Simulation and Evaluation Laboratory (ECSEL) program. Responsibilities include designing, building, modifying, repairing, maintaining, and testing various EW lab test benches, as well as performing daily start-up checks, calibration, and documentation support.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, modify, repair, maintain, and test various EW lab test benches.
• Perform daily start-up of bench systems to check operational integrity and performance.
• Calibrate and test various systems, components, and applications as required.
• Support creation or maintenance of required process/procedure or other acquisition or certification documentation.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance (must currently possess).
• 3+ years of experience with electronics design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• BS Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
• Good organizational and management skills.
• US citizenship required.

Pay

Likely salary range for this position is $107,744 - $115,000, based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.

Schedule

• Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
• Onsite work location: USA CA Point Mugu.
