Test Engineer, Level 1 (FORECASTED)

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in planning and executing test activities in support of system evaluations.
• Support the development and execution of test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Collect, organize, and analyze test data to support evaluation efforts.
• Support the application of knowledge of Government test and evaluation concepts and methodologies.
• Support Modeling and Simulation activities for test and evaluation purposes.
• Apply statistical analysis to evaluate system performance and support confidence estimates.
• Support the development and use of analytical tools to support testing activities.
• Support coordination of test events, including setup, execution, and data collection.
• Participate in test readiness activities and support test event execution.
• Document test results and prepare reports and briefings.
• Support configuration and data management activities related to testing.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Basic understanding of test and evaluation (T&E) concepts and methodologies.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work under guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Test Engineer or in a related field on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity OR Four (4) additional years of test or related experience may be substituted for a degree.

Clearance Requirement

Must possess an active TS SCI with appropriate Polygraph to be considered for this role. This position is contingent on contract award.
