Responsibilities
- Create and execute test plans
- Develop test scripts
- Generate test reports
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium
- Support Government test and evaluation (T&E) activities
- Affirm system and operational performance requirements
- Develop and execute evaluation plans
- Design data sampling schemes, select and calibrate instrumentation
- Specify, validate, and adapt Modeling and Simulation (M&S) tools
- Communicate risks, issues, and recommended courses of action
Requirements
- Eight (8) years’ experience as a Test Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Four (4) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
Qualifications
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium
- Support Government test and evaluation (T&E) activities
- Apply knowledge of acquisition, engineering, and operations concepts
- Evaluate testability and align testing schedules with program decision-maker needs
- Develop and execute evaluation plans
- Design data sampling schemes, select and calibrate instrumentation
- Manage data collection tools and facilities
- Specify, validate, and adapt M&S tools for T&E use
- Design surveys to capture SME and user performance assessments
- Produce T&E documentation including Test Plans, Evaluation Reports, Analysis Plans, Data Management Plans, and TEMP
- Coordinate evaluation and data collection plans across program stakeholders
- Provide technical direction and quality assurance for test processes and products
- Drive innovation and adaptability in response to program changes
