We need to output HTML fragment with headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Key sections:
- About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph after "Job Summary". The posting says: "We are currently seeking a Test Engineer. This position is a full-time opportunity located in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. Battelle's Infrastructure Safety & Security Division provides research, development, test, and evaluation services to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Transportation Security Laboratory (TSL). The selected candidate will support the TSL Commercial Aviation Vulnerability Mitigation (CAVM) project, which involves live-fire test planning, instrumentation, and test result analysis to inform aircraft design, explosive mitigation techniques, and baggage screening policies aimed at improving commercial aviation security."
That's about the role.
- Responsibilities: list bullet points under "Responsibilities". The posting includes a paragraph then bullet list. We'll capture bullet list items.
- Key Qualifications: includes bullet list of qualifications. Could be "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The posting has "Key Qualifications" then bullet list. Also "Preferred Qualifications". We need to decide sections: maybe "Requirements" for mandatory qualifications, "Preferred Qualifications" optional. But allowed headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We can combine.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Pay: The posting includes "Compensation Data" with salary range $71,300 – $101,600 per year, plus benefits. So we can have Pay section with that.
Benefits: The posting includes a Benefits section with details: compressed work schedule, hybrid arrangement, PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), tuition assistance, etc. So Benefits section.
Schedule: The posting mentions compressed work schedule (every other Friday off) and hybrid arrangement (60% in-office, 40% remote, Monday/Tuesday common in-office). That's schedule info. Could be placed under Schedule section. However we already have Benefits covering compressed work schedule; but schedule is separate. We can include Schedule section with those details.
We must not repeat content unnecessarily but can include relevant info in appropriate sections.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, vaccinations, legal statements. Remove those.
We must not include application instructions.
We must not include duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details like travel required 25-50%, US citizenship, DoD Secret clearance eligibility, etc. Those are qualifications/requirements.
Also "This position requires sole U.S. citizenship. The selected candidate must have the eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance and to obtain both TSA and DHS Suitability". That's a requirement.
Also "Travel is required 25–50% of the time to Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD". That's a requirement.
Also "Work in varying outdoor weather conditions at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD, including the use of respirators and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds". That's a requirement.
Also "Preferred Qualifications" bullet list.
Also "Compensation Data" includes statement about salary determined by factors etc. We'll include that.
Also "Benefits: Live an Extraordinary Life" paragraph and bullet list of benefits.
Also "A Work Environment Where You Succeed" paragraph maybe could be part of About the role or separate? Could be considered "About the role" but it's more about culture. Could be omitted? It's substantive but not required headings. We could include under About the role as extra paragraph.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. Keep details.
Now produce HTML.
Structure:

Now Preferred Qualifications bullet list:
"Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working for TSA or DHS
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
