Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible electrical testing for VSWR, Insertion Loss, Phase Matching, Time Delay, Capacitance, and Velocity of Propagation (Vp).
- Responsible for keeping test equipment calibration is up to date.
- Supervises and Performs In-Process and Final Testing
- Debugs test hardware and software
- Writes test procedures and evaluates the ability of products to meet performance standards and specifications
- Create new software programs for new products
- Manage Test Data
- Provide First Pass Yield and Root Cause data
- Manage and maintain test adapter inventory
- Communicate clearly with manufacturing, program management, and the design engineer team as required
- Interact with technical management, other professionals, technicians and support personnel to coordinate, recommend and confer regarding technical activities and progress
- Evaluate supplier components, subsystems, and services for compliance to customer specifications
- Supervise TAKT time, Productivity, Quality, and Test Schedule
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience - minimum 2 years.
- Experience in electro-mechanical testing and manufacturing (RF and/or microwave experience required)
- Knowledge of network analyzers and spectrum analyzers
- Experience with Visual Basic and/or C++ is a plus
- Familiarity with wire/cable harness manufacturing (38999 experience desired)
