Test Engineer

About the role

You’ll develop and execute manual and automated tests, expand test frameworks, investigate defects, and support customer demonstrations and operational mission events. The role works closely with software engineering, systems engineering, DevSecOps, and mission operations teams to ensure ground systems are reliable and ready for use.

Responsibilities

• Verify and validate mission-critical satellite ground software
• Develop and execute manual and automated tests
• Expand test frameworks
• Investigate defects
• Support customer demonstrations and operational mission events

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience for Level 2 or 5+ years for Level 3
• Experience with automated software testing and regression suites
• Working knowledge of C, Python, and Bash
• Experience translating requirements into executable test procedures
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, PyTest, Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS
• An active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance
