Responsibilities
- Cook up project testing activities and keep an eye on how things are going.
- Help out the junior members of the team and welcome new colleagues.
- Write down what you find out about testing, like estimates and plans.
- Create and run tests for both regular and unusual parts of the system.
- Maintain collections of tests that check if the system still works after changes and tests that quickly show if something is wrong.
- Work with programmers to make the system easier to test and better.
- Find tricky situations and problems that users might not notice easily.
- Keep track of how well you're doing and share this information with others.
- Use smart tools to help write tests faster and catch problems before they cause big issues.
Qualifications
- A college degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience using testing tools.
- A good grasp of how to test things properly.
- Know-how with both manual and automatic testing methods.
- Experience with AI-based ways to improve testing.
- Knowledge of accessibility testing techniques.
Working Conditions
Normal office environment.
