Role And Responsibilities
- Write detailed test plans and procedures per RTCA DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-704, and MIL-STD-461
- Define required support equipment necessary to conduct tests such as wiring harnesses, electrical interfaces, vibration fixtures, instrumentation, etc.
- Plan and conduct tests as well as evaluate test results
- Collect and analyze data in an organized manner that can be presented to customers and management
- Communicate with Engineering Managers and Program Managers on testing status
- Cook up and coordinate test witnessing and schedules with customers and test facilities
- Supervise outside laboratory tests
- Write test reports
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering required
- Three years of related experience is required
- EMI testing experience is required
