Test Engineer

About the role
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Test Engineer to design, develop, optimize, and support test systems used in our production facility. The ideal candidate will have a background in control systems and electromechanical systems, with a passion for creating efficient, reliable, and cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, troubleshoot, and support automated equipment, manufacturing systems, test equipment, or industrial machinery
- Lead projects from concept through implementation
- Work directly with operators, technicians, maintenance personnel, and engineering teams
- Solve problems on the production floor
- Apply new technologies to improve manufacturing processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems
- Manufacturing or industrial automation experience is highly desirable
Skills
- Industrial Electrical Systems: 24 VDC control systems, single-phase and three-phase power distribution, motor controls, relays, contactors, and safety circuits
- Sensors: photoelectric, inductive, capacitive, laser, vision
- Motion Control: motors, actuators, servos, pneumatics, incremental and absolute encoders
- Mechanical Design: CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) for designing machine components, fixtures, tooling, automated equipment, guarding, and production machinery
- Programming: LabVIEW, .NET (C#, VB.NET), Python, C/C++
- Documentation: ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, pneumatic diagrams, and control system documentation
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, software, and controls disciplines
- Familiarity with automated assembly systems is beneficial but not required

- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies

Pay
The salary range for this position is $83,400–$155,000 (local currency).
