The Test Engineer role is essential to ensuring product quality, reliability, and compliance by designing, executing, and improving test processes. This position reduces risk by identifying defects early, improves time-to-market, and supports continuous improvement across development and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Development of test plans, test procedures, and validation strategies
• Design, setup, and maintenance of test fixtures and automated test systems
• Data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
• Collaboration with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Basic Electrical knowledge
• Mechanical Skills
