Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent Degree
  • Experience with hands-on projects or labs involving electrical circuit analysis and troubleshooting, equivalent experience in a professional setting
  • Completion of coursework demonstrating a strong understanding of RF, AC, Power, and Communication circuits equations and parameters
  • Abilities to perform tasks requiring lifting up to 50lbs, bending, reaching, such as setting up equipment, probing circuit cards, and troubleshooting automated test equipment

In this role, you will provide technical support to engineers on various technical tasks. This includes gathering, maintaining, formatting, compiling, and manipulating technical data, producing engineering documentation, reports, and drawings, conducting tests, and assisting with test engineering processes, procedures, and troubleshooting.

You will assist engineers with testing and troubleshooting all Clearwater work products (cabinets, cables, CCA's).

Desired Skills

  • Ability to move across a factory floor including traversing stairways
  • Adept at using hand tools
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings for accurate and efficient assembly processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring frequent movement and manual dexterity
  • Professional intern assignments at aerospace or defense companies, specifically within test or design-related organizations
  • Experience with Labview, Matlab, Python, C/C++, and other automated test-related languages
