About the role

As a BCBA at BlueSprig, you will serve as an integral part of the center leadership, providing clinical oversight to clients receiving 11 ABA therapy, collaborating with families to create individualized treatment plans, conducting functional analysis, intake, and progress assessments, supporting clients and families to ensure client success, implementing behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, teaching adaptive life skills, and mentoring and leading teams of RBTs working 11 with clients.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• BCBA certification
• Experience in ABA therapy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
