About the role
The Test Bench Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining test benches used in product development and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop test bench setups to meet project specifications.
- Perform tests on products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and quality assurance personnel.
- Document test procedures and results for future reference.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- At least 2 years of experience in test bench engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electronics and electrical systems.
- Experience with testing software and hardware components.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using test equipment and tools.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or MATLAB.
- Knowledge of test bench automation and scripting.
