Test Automation Engineer

This role is with a global professional services company, partnered with Inclusively—a digital tech platform that empowers job seekers with disabilities, caregivers, and veterans by offering Success Enablers (accommodations and workplace modifications).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Analyze test results and collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to automation frameworks and processes.
• Provide technical guidance and share expertise with colleagues to foster a collaborative learning environment.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of testing strategies that align with project goals and quality standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Software Test Engineering or Quality Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with SQL Testing.
• Associate degree.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in the Litmus, Banking, or Finance domain.

Pay

Hourly salary range: $54 to $55.
