Test Associate

Experis is seeking a Test Associate to join their team to support testing of our partners interactive entertainment products. As a Test Associate, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the development and testing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:Test Associate Location:Tempe, Arizona Pay Range:$15.50 What's the Job? Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing for assigned features or systems. Create, update, and maintain test cases and related documentation. Log clear and reproducible bugs, verify fixes, and ensure adherence to reporting standards. Collaborate with developers and QA leads to clarify requirements and improve coverage. Identify process or testing gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking skills. Experience with basic PC usage and troubleshooting. Proficiency with MS Office or equivalent productivity tools. Interest in interactive technology and comfort working with AI systems. What's in it for me?
