Responsibilities
- Execute automated and manual tests for GNSS receivers and modules
- Perform basic analysis of test results and report findings
- Configure and maintain test systems and laboratory setups
- Develop and maintain scripts and tools used in test automation
- Support debugging of test infrastructure and software components
- Affiliate with system configuration tasks such as Linux installation or environment setup
Requirements
- Attention to detail and commitment to thorough, methodical test execution
- Experience working in a Linux environment
- Basic scripting or programming skills (Python or Bash)
- Hands-on problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers
Qualifications
- Solid Python skills
- Strong grasp of software fundamentals
- GNSS or RF knowledge is a bonus
Benefits
- Regular on-site presence in the Tampere office is required for the majority of the work, typically within the 09:00–15:00 window.
- Some tasks allow for remote work and more flexible hours.
- Occasional evening meetings are part of the role. Typically around 1 hour per week, though this varies depending on project needs.
