About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified Urban Maintenance Specialist to ensure the efficient, safe, and sustainable maintenance and upkeep of urban facilities such as streets, sidewalks, parks, and other public spaces.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and technical maintenance of urban infrastructure.
• Organize and oversee street cleaning, sidewalk maintenance, park upkeep, and other public area services.
• Identify and address problem areas in urban structures, such as road damage, lighting issues, or landscaping problems.
• Collaborate with local authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders to improve service quality.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation on completed tasks, expenditures, and inspection results.
• Monitor and ensure safety standards are met on work sites.
• Develop and implement plans for sustainable development and environmental management of urban spaces.

Requirements

• Higher education in engineering, construction, urban studies, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of standards and regulations for maintaining urban infrastructure.
• Ability to operate technical tools and equipment for urban facility maintenance.
• Familiarity with modern project management methods and engineering solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions.
