About the role

A skilled and motivated Tesla Technician to diagnose, service, and repair Tesla vehicles with a strong understanding of electric vehicle (EV) systems. The role involves high-quality inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Tesla vehicles, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and vehicle safety checks
• Diagnose high-voltage EV systems, battery systems, charging systems, and related components
• Perform brake, suspension, steering, cooling, HVAC, and drivetrain repairs
• Use diagnostic equipment and scan tools to identify vehicle faults and repair requirements
• Inspect vehicles and accurately document findings, repairs, and recommended services
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures and established shop safety standards
• Perform software-related diagnostics and system resets when required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate professionally with service advisors, management, and other technicians
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Stay current with Tesla technology, EV systems, diagnostic procedures, and industry developments

Requirements

• Hands-on experience diagnosing, servicing, and repairing Tesla vehicles
• Strong understanding of electric vehicle (EV) systems
