We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Let's parse the posting. Content: - Pella is seeking a Territory Trade Sales Consultant II for the Monmouth or Ocean County area. What Pella has to offer: - Company sponsored benefits that include healthcare, dental, vision - Company paid life insurance - Company paid short and long-term disability insurance - 20 days of paid time off - 9 paid holidays - Paid sick time - 401(k) plan with 4% company match - Tuition assistance - Mileage reimbursement - Career growth opportunities - Top performer benefits like President's Trip We need to remove boilerplate: no cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. We need to format sections. We have: - About the role: maybe the first paragraph describing role responsibilities? Could be "About the role" includes description of role: building brand, achieving sales goals, relational selling, etc. - Responsibilities: list of duties: spending >50% time at customer sites, independently sets own work hours, etc. Also maybe building relationships, proactive origination, helping customers grow, etc. But those are more responsibilities. We need to decide what goes where. - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The posting does not list explicit requirements like education, years experience, etc. It mentions skill set, depth of experience, specific work geography as factors for compensation but not as requirements. There's no explicit list of qualifications. So we may not include Requirements, Qualifications, Skills sections if no specific content. - Benefits: list of benefits provided. - Pay: average first year target pay range $90,000 - $112,000; base salary + uncapped commissions; first 3 months guaranteed monthly commissions; compensation based on factors. - Schedule: "Independently sets their own work hours." That's schedule info. Thus we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to ensure we include all details: building Pella brand, achieving sales goals, relational selling model, well-rounded solutions, market expertise, partnership, understanding customer needs, developing relationships with builders, contractors, architects, professional remodelers, trade organizations, proactively originates new customer relationships via networking, referrals, face-to-face meetings, help customers grow business, single point of contact, strive for 100% Very Satisfied customers, growth measured by market share/net sales and profitability, looking for next President Club winner, primary duty outside sales, spend >50% time at customer sites generating account growth with planned quality meetings and prospecting, independently sets own work hours, average first year target pay range $90k-$112k, total compensation includes base salary and uncapped commissions, first 3 months guaranteed monthly commissions, actual compensation based on skill set, depth of experience, specific work geography, internal equity, market data alignment. Benefits list: company sponsored benefits healthcare, dental, vision; company paid life insurance; company paid short and long-term disability; 20 days PTO; 9 paid holidays; paid sick time; 401(k) plan with 4% company match; tuition assistance; mileage reimbursement; career growth opportunities; top performer benefits like President's Trip. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. So we will include About the role (prose), Responsibilities (list), Benefits (list), Pay (prose maybe with list?), Schedule (prose). For Pay we could use

describing pay range and compensation details. Could also use

for bullet points but not required. We'll use

. We must not include any empty sections. Let's craft HTML:

      About the role

      ...

      Responsibilities

      • ...
      • ... But we need to ensure we don't duplicate content. The responsibilities list could include: Spend over 50% of time at customer sites generating account growth with planned quality meetings and prospecting to develop new business; Independently sets own work hours; Build the Pella brand within the trade industry as premier choice for window and door solutions; Achieve individual sales goals through a relational selling model across all active Pella product offerings; Provide well-rounded solutions, market expertise, and partnership by understanding customer needs and developing relationships with builders, contractors, architects, professional remodelers and trade organizations; Proactively originate new customer relationships through networking, referrals and face-to-face meetings; Help customers grow their business and offer a single point of contact for ongoing needs; Continually strive for 100% “Very Satisfied” customers, growth as measured by market share/net sales and profitability; Aim to be next President Club winner. But some of those are more about role than responsibilities. However we can include them in responsibilities as they are duties. We need to preserve all substantive info; we can split between About the role (general description) and Responsibilities (specific duties). Let's decide. About the role: brief overview: Territory Trade Sales Consultant II responsible for building Pella brand, achieving sales goals via relational selling, providing solutions, market expertise, partnership, developing relationships, proactive origination, helping customers grow, striving for satisfaction, growth, President Club. Responsibilities: specific duties: spend >50% time at customer sites, independently set work hours, etc. But we might double-count some points. However we must preserve all info; duplication is okay as long as we don't lose info. But better to avoid duplication but still include all. Let's craft: About the role paragraph: includes building brand, achieving sales goals via relational selling, providing well-rounded solutions, market expertise, partnership, understanding customer needs, developing relationships with builders, contractors, architects, professional remodelers, trade organizations, proactively originates new customer relationships via networking, referrals, face-to-face meetings, help customers grow business, single point of contact, strive for 100% Very Satisfied customers, growth measured by market share/net sales and profitability, looking for next President Club winner. Responsibilities list: - Spend over 50% of their time at customer sites generating account growth with planned quality meetings, as well as prospecting to develop new business. - Independently sets their own work hours. (maybe also include building brand etc but we already covered). Could also include "Achieve individual sales goals through a relational selling model throughout all active Pella product offerings." but that's similar to About. To avoid duplication, we can keep that in About. But we need to ensure we didn't lose any info: The "Achieve individual sales goals through a relational selling model throughout all active Pella product offerings." is in About? Not yet. Let's incorporate that in About. Let's write About: "The Territory Trade Sales Consultant II is responsible for building the Pella brand within the trade industry as their premier choice for window and door solutions. Achieve individual sales goals through a relational selling model throughout all active Pella product offerings. Provide well-rounded solutions, market expertise, and partnership by understanding customer needs and developing relationships with builders, contractors, architects, professional remodelers and trade organizations. Proactively originates new customer relationships through networking, referrals and face-to-face meetings. Help customers grow their business and offer a single point of contact for their ongoing needs. Continually strives for 100% “Very Satisfied” customers, growth as measured by market share/net sales and profitability. We are looking for our next President Club winner that will seize this booming market!" That covers many points. Responsibilities list: - Spend over 50% of their time at customer sites generating account growth with planned quality meetings, as well as prospecting to develop new business. - Independently sets their own work hours. We could also add "The Territory Trade Sales Consultant’s (TSC) primary duty is outside sales within their assigned market." but that's more about role. Could add to About or Responsibilities. Let's add to About maybe as first sentence: "The Territory Trade Sales Consultant II's primary duty is outside sales within their assigned market." But we already have About. Let's incorporate. Thus About: "The Territory Trade Sales Consultant II's primary duty is outside sales within their assigned market. They are responsible for building the Pella brand within the trade industry as their premier choice for window and door solutions. We are looking for our next President Club winner that will seize this booming market!" Now Responsibilities list as above. Benefits list: each bullet. Pay: we need to include average first year target pay range $90,000 - $112,000; total compensation includes base salary and uncapped commissions; first 3 months include guaranteed monthly commissions; actual compensation based on skill set, depth of experience, specific work geography, internal equity, market data. We'll put in

. Schedule: "Independently sets their own work hours." Actually that's already in Responsibilities. But schedule section could be about work hours independence. Since we already have that in Responsibilities, we could still have Schedule section with that info, but that would duplicate. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we might combine schedule info into Responsibilities and not create a separate Schedule section if it's thin. However the schedule info is just that they set own hours. That's substantive enough? Could be its own section but it's thin. Better to include it in Responsibilities and not create Schedule section. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Benefits, Pay. Check if any other sections like Qualifications/Skills: none. Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate. No mention of cookie etc. Now output HTML fragment. Let's craft:
