Territory Service Merchandiser

Location: Salt Lake City, UT – Field position, full-time, 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, manage, and stock inventory (millwork and other building products such as mouldings, columns, boards/lumber, stairparts) in Lowe’s retail stores.
• Maintain inventory data and submit order information via iPhone or handheld device.
• Ensure proper merchandising of signage and displays to enhance sales.
• Build and maintain strong supplier-customer relationships to promote sales growth.
• Remove and dispose of cull product from inventory in accordance with company policy.
• Order product for replenishment of sold inventory in a group of Lowe’s stores within a defined geographical region.
• Visit all assigned stores per the schedule set by the District Manager.
• Pack out products within 36 hours of delivery as required by the District Manager.
• Repetitively lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Use fax machine, copier, smartphone, and computer proficiently.
• Submit Market Shops, Price Shops, and/or Surveys as required by management.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (company vehicle provided).
• Daily travel within the territory.
• Keen eye for merchandising and detail.
• Self-motivated and willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to thrive in an independent work environment.
