Territory Service Merchandiser

Location: Sandy Springs, GA – Field Employee (Fulton County area)

This role is responsible for merchandising, managing, and stocking inventory (millwork and other building products such as mouldings, columns, boards/lumber, stairparts, etc.) in Lowe’s retail stores. The representative maintains inventory data via iPhone or handheld device, submits orders, stocks products, and ensures proper merchandising of signage and displays to enhance sales. Daily travel in a company-provided vehicle is required; a good driving history is a must.

Responsibilities

• Remove and dispose of cull product from inventory in accordance with Company Policy.
• Order product for the replenishment of sold inventory in a group of Lowe’s retail stores within a defined geographical region.
• Merchandise and stock building products in assigned Lowe’s stores.
• Manage and order inventory, stock products, and maintain displays in the defined territory.
• Build and maintain strong supplier-customer relationships with store personnel.
• Visit all stores in the assigned group per the schedule set by the District Manager.
• Pack out products within 36 hours of delivery as required by the District Manager.
• Repetitively lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Use a fax machine, copier, smartphone, and computer proficiently.
• Submit Market Shops, Price Shops, and/or Surveys as required by management.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Keen eye for merchandising and detail.
• Self-motivated and willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to thrive in an environment that requires working independently.
