Territory Service Merchandiser

Location: Glendale, AZ • Full-time, hourly position on 1st shift

This role is responsible for merchandising, managing, and stocking inventory (millwork and other building products including mouldings, columns, boards/lumber, stairparts, etc.) in Lowe's retail stores. The representative maintains inventory data via iPhone or handheld device, submits order information, stocks products, and ensures proper merchandising of signage and displays to enhance sales. The position requires daily travel using a company-provided vehicle and a commitment to hard work to maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Remove and dispose of cull product from inventory in accordance with Company Policy.
• Order product for the replenishment of sold inventory in a group of Lowe's retail stores within a defined geographical region.
• Merchandise and stock building products in Lowe's retail stores.
• Manage and order inventory, stock building products in assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a strong supplier-customer relationship with members of the organization in the facilities serviced.
• Visit all stores in the assigned group per the schedule determined by the District Manager.
• Pack out products within 36 hours of delivery per District Manager requirements.
• Repetitively lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Proficiently use a fax machine, copier, smartphone, and computer.
• Submit Market Shops, Price Shops, and/or Surveys as required by management.

Requirements

• Valid and appropriate driver's license with an acceptable driving record (company vehicle provided).
• Keen eye for merchandising and detail.
• Self-motivated and willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to thrive in an environment that requires working independently.
