Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure products are always in stock, meeting inventory standards and preventing out-of-stocks.
- Drive new item distribution and placement in accordance with company priorities.
- Execute promotional programs with excellence, ensuring all materials are current, visible, and compliant.
- Ensure pricing consistency across the market area, addressing discrepancies and ensuring adherence to established price structures.
- Ensure all products meet freshness and rotation standards in every assigned account.
- B2C support in local activation and brand building of Heated Tobacco products
- Mercandise products to company standards, including fixtures, signage, and point-of-sale materials.
- Install, maintain, and remove promotional materials as required, ensuring clean, professional presentation.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with pricing, promotions, and merchandising standards.
Skills/Knowledge
- Build trusted relationships with retail owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
- Act as a knowledgeable consultant for products, promotions, and retail best practices.
- Handle all administrative aspects of the role, including expense reporting, sales documentation, and territory planning.
- Manage and distribute point-of-sale materials responsibly and accurately.
- Sure timely submission of all reports and required documentation.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related work experience.
- Some directly related experience in non-durable consumer goods sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and creative solution development.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to assess and act effectively in selling situations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable sales plans.
- Proven planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize activities to achieve results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business math.
Physical Requirements
- Must live within the assigned geographic territory.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, reach, and perform overhead work as part of daily sales activities.
- Ability to carry bags and boxes: Up to 10 lbs frequently, Up to 20 lbs occasionally, Up to 50 lbs seldom.
