The base salary and variable compensation for this role in the state of California is between $70,000 to $120,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Possess a strong hunter mindset with the ability to independently build and manage a pipeline.
  • Identify, generate, and pursue new sales opportunities to drive territory expansion.
  • Conduct impactful product presentations and demonstrations for dental practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients while continuing to grow the territory.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of proven success in business-to-business sales.
  • High level of maturity and professionalism, able to represent the company confidently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
