About the role
The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for Salvin Dental Specialties. This role focuses on developing and executing territory-specific sales strategies, growing existing customer relationships, and acquiring new customers across Salvin’s dental and regenerative product portfolio.

Who you’ll work with
- Reports directly to the Regional Manager with strong ties to the senior leadership team
- Daily collaboration with Customer Service and other Territory Sales Representatives
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies for all Salvin Dental/Regenerative product lines within your assigned geography, focusing on both current customer growth and new customer acquisition
- Represent the company in all dealings with key customers to gain market share and achieve annual sales growth goals
- Leverage experience, prior relationships, and people skills to develop productive relationships with customers in your territory
- Achieve assigned sales goals and KPIs for your territory
- Maintain accurate record-keeping of customer information and sales funnel status to ensure continued growth opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the medical and dental industry doing business-to-business sales
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven professional with the ability to analyze data and solve problems
- Ability to build and maintain key professional relationships by gaining trust and supporting customer businesses
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
Pay
$70,000 - $90,000 base salary plus commission. The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position at the time of posting. Compensation within the range will be determined based on education, training, skill set, experience, and other organizational needs.
Schedule
This position is primarily office-based and sedentary, requiring regular use of standard office equipment. Some roles may involve wearing a headset and sustained computer use for 8 or more hours per day. Employees may be required to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods, with occasional bending, lifting, or carrying items up to 50 pounds.
