Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain sales levels against set company targets
  • Develop sales & distribution channels in the North of Italy
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Present products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for management
  • Collaborate with different departments to implement campaigns and initiatives
  • Attend networking opportunities to promote brand, products and offerings
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and English (written & verbal)
  • Proven experience in field or direct sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Willingness to travel within the territory as needed
  • EU driving licence holder

Pay

Circa 50000€ plus 10000€ in commission
