About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Professional to join our team. This role involves promoting and selling our dental products and services to dental practices within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate product value through a strong understanding of product offerings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dental professionals and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to dental practices and clinics.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of proven success in business-to-business sales.
  • Strong hunter mindset with the ability to independently build and manage a pipeline.
  • High level of maturity and professionalism—able to represent the company confidently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Pay

The base salary and variable compensation for this role in the state of Illinois is between $80,000 and $120,000+. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
