Responsibilities

• Run 2-3 pre-qualified appointments a day, Monday through Friday. No cold-calling, no scheduling bottlenecks.
• Solve—homeowners need you. You're not pushing a service they don't need, you're designing a permanent fix and handing them peace of mind.
• Lead—we're the standard everyone else in this industry is chasing. Other companies watch what we do, and that's a compliment. What you deliver in every home is exactly why they're watching.

Qualifications

• A true sales professional; 3-5 years of sales experience preferred.
• Competitive, driven, and energized by goals and results.
• Charismatic, persuasive, and comfortable steering high-stakes conversations.
• Sharp and able to follow a proven playbook while adapting in real time.
• At your best when the bar is high, the pace is fast, and the rewards match the effort.
• Motivated by impact, income, and the satisfaction of earning big.
