About the role

The Territory Sales Manager (Security Solutions) at Digital Provisions will drive growth by securing new customers across various sectors including higher education, healthcare, retail banks, franchise stores, and K-12 institutions outside of the primary Long Island market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to secure meetings with prospects across targeted industries and regions, expanding Digital Provisions' customer base.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships, using tailored solutions to meet specific needs and promote long-term engagement.
  • Develop a strategic, replicable approach to cold and warm outreach, with consistent data entry, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Identify, prospect, and develop the pipeline.
  • Schedule and convert on qualified prospecting meetings, with a bias towards securing interest from Mid-Tier and High-Tier accounts as defined by leadership.
  • Uncover and close upsell opportunities by proactively identifying customers' needs through warm outreach and regular check-ins.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene with all lead interactions and follow-ups.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure flawless implementation of security systems and maintain strong customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of security industry sales experience, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to give in-person presentations/demonstrations, willingness to make high volumes of calls and/or visits, technological savvy with strong analytical skills, ability to adapt outreach approach to meet the differing relationship needs of public versus private sector customers.
