Territory Sales Manager PAC - New Jersey and Northeastern Pennsylvania
Location: New Jersey and Northeast Pennsylvania (Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Allentown and surrounding markets).

Mölnlycke’s Post-Acute (PAC) team is looking for a motivated sales professional with 3+ years of medical sales experience in Post-Acute/Extended Care. You'll drive sales development within DME, long-term care, skilled nursing, and home health markets while collaborating seamlessly with distributors. Success lies in your proactive approach to spotting and seizing business opportunities, understanding distribution, and an unwavering dedication to patient care.
Responsibilities
- Develop effective customer relations within the Home Health / Post-Acute market to ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with supply/materials management, distributors, and various end users within the extended health market.
- Develop new clients and expand existing customer business within Post-Acute Care (Extended Care) through the introduction of new products, presenting product information, and explaining product features and distinctions.
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts with Distributor management and sales representatives to expand business opportunities and increase customer service.
- Identify and resolve customer problems.
- Handle sales administration activities such as completing sales paperwork, maintaining customer records, preparing routine expense, sales, and activity reports, assisting with special projects, analyzing individual customer product mix and sales volume, and processing orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college/university.
- 3+ years of successful Medical Device/Supply experience with knowledge of the Post-Acute market and distribution.
- Winning attitude to achieve goals, team-oriented, and a patient-first mindset.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required credentialing, which may include COVID-19 vaccinations.
Pay
Base salary range of $88,000-$95,000, plus commission eligibility and car reimbursement. Offers of employment consider various factors, including experience, education, location, and role-specific requirements.
