About the role
This is a field-based sales role focused on:
- Territory growth
- Provider relationship management
- In-home patient support and device delivery
Responsibilities
You are not simply selling products. You are helping providers improve patient outcomes without relying on opioids.
- Building relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare teams
- Growing and managing your own territory like a business owner
- Educating providers on non-opioid recovery solutions
- Conducting lunch-and-learns and in-office product demonstrations
- Personally delivering devices to patients and training them on proper use
- Creating long-term impact through consistent follow-up and service
Requirements

Qualifications
- Sales, healthcare, medical device, DME, or outside sales experience preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable transportation and computer proficiency required
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed
Skills & Experience
- Previous medical device or healthcare sales experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person with the right mindset.
Benefits
Compensation is a commission-only 1099 position with uncapped earning potential. Typical Earnings Range From $60,000 - $150,000+ annually based on performance
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 40 lbs
- Frequent driving and local travel
- Ability to stand, bend, and move equipment as needed
- Comfortable working in both clinical and patient home environments
