Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for selling the full product offering of Bostik Hardwood, Tile & Stone, Sealants, Resilient & Surface
  • Be the liaison for the Marketing Team / Sales Management to identify key territory opportunities
  • Trouble shoot account problems and facilitate technical solutions for the customer
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage accounts, prepare sales reports, and provide technical needs

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing with exposure to complex sales processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of flooring marketplace and industry applications
  • Able to perform hands on demonstrations with flooring products
  • Able to travel 50% of the time
