Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for selling the full product offering of Bostik Hardwood, Tile & Stone, Sealants, Resilient & Surface
- Be the liaison for the Marketing Team / Sales Management to identify key territory opportunities
- Trouble shoot account problems and facilitate technical solutions for the customer
- Develop and implement strategies to manage accounts, prepare sales reports, and provide technical needs
Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing with exposure to complex sales processes
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of flooring marketplace and industry applications
- Able to perform hands on demonstrations with flooring products
- Able to travel 50% of the time
