Territory Sales Manager, ELE
About the role
The Territory Sales Manager drives revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding relationships within the electronics and semiconductor markets. This role manages the full sales cycle, from lead generation through deal closure, while aligning closely with internal technical and commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through prospecting, customer visits, and strategic account planning.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and post-sale support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations.
- Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and account plans to meet growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal technical and cross-functional teams to deliver value-based solutions and support customer needs.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in a technical or business-related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of customer-facing experience in sales, technical sales, or related roles.
- At least 5 years of experience in electronics components, semiconductor packaging, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced technical or business degree.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and strategic accounts in industrial or materials markets.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and close high-value opportunities.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning in electronics markets.
