UBC Group USA is the U.S. branch of UBC Group, a leading global manufacturer of beverage and beer cooling and dispensing equipment, bar furniture, promotional materials, KEGs, and professional food cleaning solutions.
About the role
The Territory Sales Manager will serve customers by establishing relationships, selling products, meeting customer needs, increasing sales through new and existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing accounts, secure orders, and establish new accounts through daily customer engagement.
- Develop sales strategies by analyzing customer needs, sales volumes, and market trends.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships; handle customer inquiries or complaints.
- Monitor competitors and recommend product, service, or policy improvements based on findings.
- Meet sales objectives by creating and executing a territory sales plan aligned with national goals.
- Submit activity reports, sales analyses, and updates through the CRM system.
- Stay informed on best practices, promotional trends, and industry developments through professional development.
- Plan and execute business trips effectively, including meeting preparation, budget planning, and follow-ups.
- Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to coordinate sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer sales and ensure financial security by adhering to internal controls.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the role and achieve sales success.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
- No criminal records and/or drug issues in the past.
- Proven work experience as a Territory Sales Manager or similar—at least 3 years.
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of time with overnight stays in the assigned area.
- College or University Degree.
- Valid Driver License.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word.
- Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well alone and in a team environment.
- Must be able to adapt to different working environments and job responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of QuickBooks (or similar software) and CRM systems.
- Previous sales experience with beer and beverage cooling/dispensing equipment, bar furniture, or related products.

Pay
Starting at $70,000/year base salary (based on experience and skills), plus commission and bonus programs. Pay frequency: monthly.

Schedule
- Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
- Travel and meetings with customers: up to 50% of time (normal schedule alternates one week of traveling with overnight stays and one week in the office; more traveling during the season, less in off-season).
- Infrequent travel to trade shows.
- Expected to work out of the O'Fallon, MO office while not on the road.
- In-house training provided; 3-month probation and orientation period.
