  • Partner with distributor reps to expand coverage and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Perform cold calls regularly—this is a critical component of how we generate leads and create impact.
  • Maintain up-to-date records, sales reporting, and account planning in alignment with company processes.
  • Travel extensively across the territory, including overnight stays as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.

  • Experience selling premium-priced products where value-based selling was key to success.
  • Strong background calling on academic medical centers and Level 1 trauma facilities.
  • Proven sales results—consistent 100%+ quota achievement is preferred.
  • Highly collaborative, team-oriented mindset—no lone wolves here.
  • Excellent communicator who’s confident presenting to large groups and senior-level stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinker who can use data to drive strategy and defend market share.
  • Comfortable with overnight travel; Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required credentialing to perform job.
  • Overnight travel expectation is 65%–70%, at times on very short notice.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision plans available from your first day of employment with extensive coverage options.

  • Life insurance and both flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts.
  • Generous paid time off and paid parental leave.
