Territory Sales Executive - Charlotte, NC
About the role
We are seeking a Territory Sales Executive (TSE) to join our team in the Charlotte, NC area of the Southeast Region. As a TSE, you will sell CVS / specialty pharmacy services to targeted physicians, medical clinics, hospitals, and academic institutions, focusing on oncology, immunoglobulin (IG), pulmonary hypertension / IPF, and autoimmune therapy lines. You will support these providers within the assigned territory and work independently to develop and implement effective marketing plans. Your role involves providing a competitive and supportive pharmacy team for patients with chronic illnesses.
Responsibilities
- Sell CVS / specialty pharmacy services to targeted physicians, medical clinics, hospitals, and academic institutions
- Support oncology, IG, pulmonary hypertension / IPF, and autoimmune therapy lines
- Be the primary contact for respective providers within the assigned territory
- Formulate and execute effective marketing plans in the designated territory
- Provide a competitive and supportive pharmacy team for patients with chronic illnesses
- Measure success through percent to sales goal metrics, internal and external client satisfaction metrics
- Use personal influence with providers to grow the business
- Work independently to own your success and play a key role in driving CVS/specialty’s business forward
- Travel up to ~50% of the time as needed
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical, or specialty pharmacy sales
- A valid and current driver’s license
- A personal vehicle sufficiently reliable to meet program requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales, especially in hospital and/or specialty divisions
- Previous experience working in a complex disease state
- Familiarity with buy-and-bill and medical + pharmacy billing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
Benefits
The typical pay range for this role is $68,000.00 - $142,392.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. Our people fuel our future.
