What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new business through in-person outreach, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting
- Conduct in-person cold calls to local businesses to generate new opportunities and build pipeline
- Run your own sales meetings and manage the full sales cycle from first conversation to close
- Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers throughout the territory
- Use tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms to strategically identify opportunities
- Deliver proposals, communicate value effectively, and close deals confidently
- Attend weekly collaborative sales meetings with leadership and the broader sales team
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience managing a full sales cycle independently
- Confidence in face-to-face selling and prospecting
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license
