About the role

As a Sales Representative, you'll help consumers navigate the energy landscape, educate them on options, and guide them towards the best choice.

Responsibilities

  • Generate business by working an assigned territory selling natural gas, electricity, and utility line protection.
  • Use a consultative selling approach to increase customer awareness of choice and competitive advantage.
  • Provide potential customers with pricing and effectively close the sale.
  • Ensure quality and accurate representation of products.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activity via CRM technology on an iPad.
  • Develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Time management skills.
  • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Reliable form of personal transportation.
  • Auto insurance coverage that satisfies the minimum state requirements.

Qualifications

  • Physical Demands: Regular outdoor work, exposure to inclement weather, ability to lift up to 10 lbs, and occasional driving.
  • Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday work if needed.

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions starting from $20,000 per year.

Pay

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually, with a potential total earnings opportunity based on performance and commissions.

8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday work if needed.
