Responsibilities
- Generate business by working an assigned territory selling natural gas, electricity, and utility line protection.
- Use a consultative selling approach to increase customer awareness of choice and competitive advantages over other energy providers.
- Close sales effectively while providing potential customers with pricing information.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of product representation; represent the company professionally and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Keep detailed records of sales activity via CRM technology on an iPad.
- Develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (friendly, personable, positive personality).
- Highly motivated to sell with a desire to succeed.
- Customer-focused, results-oriented, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Reliable form of personal transportation.
- Auto insurance coverage that satisfies the minimum state requirements.
Qualifications
- Physical Demands: Regular outdoor work, exposure to inclement weather, driving, sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 10 lbs.
- Schedule: Standard hours are 8-hour shifts between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with slight adjustments during certain seasons to align with daylight hours. Saturday work may be required if sales goals aren't met during the week.

Pay
$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually, with a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions starting from $20,000 minimum annual commissions, potentially reaching over $1,500 per month. Promotional opportunities are available as early as 60 days, with a $5,000 base salary increase + residuals + weekly sales bonus.
Schedule
