About the role
Own Your Territory. Build the Brand. Grow Your Career. As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll manage your Rhode Island territory like a business, using structured plans, data, and relationships to influence contractors and support dealer partners.
Responsibilities
- Grow market share by influencing contractors and supporting dealer partners
- Execute a structured weekly territory plan using Techo-Bloc's Sales Science approach
- Maintain strong activity and follow-through
- Educate contractors on products, installation best practices, and system solutions
- Drive contractor demand to dealer partners and support dealer success
- Conduct merchandising audits and keep displays brand-standard
- Train dealer staff on products, tools, and selling techniques
- Identify new business opportunities through research and competitive insights
Qualifications
- Experience in hardscape, building materials, construction, dealer-based sales or B2B sales
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable using data, CRM tools, and structured sales processes
- Organized, self-motivated, and competitive-in a good way
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Rhode Island territory
