About the role

Own Your Territory. Build the Brand. Grow Your Career. As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll manage your Rhode Island territory like a business, using structured plans, data, and relationships to influence contractors and support dealer partners.

Responsibilities

  • Grow market share by influencing contractors and supporting dealer partners
  • Execute a structured weekly territory plan using Techo-Bloc's Sales Science approach
  • Maintain strong activity and follow-through
  • Educate contractors on products, installation best practices, and system solutions
  • Drive contractor demand to dealer partners and support dealer success
  • Conduct merchandising audits and keep displays brand-standard
  • Train dealer staff on products, tools, and selling techniques
  • Identify new business opportunities through research and competitive insights

Qualifications

  • Experience in hardscape, building materials, construction, dealer-based sales or B2B sales
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Comfortable using data, CRM tools, and structured sales processes
  • Organized, self-motivated, and competitive-in a good way
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Rhode Island territory

Pay
