SUMMARY: The Territory Sales Associate (TSA) plays a critical role in supporting Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) by driving efficient quoting, ensuring accurate order execution, and maintaining organized sales data. This role is responsible for delivering timely and accurate quotes, supporting inside sales functions, and enabling TSMs to focus on customer-facing activities and revenue generation. The Territory Sales Associate (TSA) acts as an operational backbone to the sales team, ensuring speed, accuracy, and consistency across quoting, order processing, and account support functions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In addition to those listed in the Summary section above, the following are duties necessary for the position. 1. Quoting & Sales SupportPrepare and deliver customer quotes in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with defined service level expectations.Ensure all quotes are complete, accurate, and customer-ready Coordinate with Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to gather required specifications and information Support urgent and high-priority quote requests as needed 2. Inside Sales & Order Support3rd Party Product Cost Gathering Source vendor pricing and maintain organized cost records for efficient reuse Order Entry Support Provide accurate quote details, pricing, and cost information to support order processing Ensure smooth transition from quote to order with minimal errors or delays Quote Management Track and maintain status of all quotes (open, won, lost) Assist in closing out opportunities to support reporting and visibility 3. Sales Team SupportAct as a primary support resource for TSMs, handling the majority of quoting and administrative tasks Assist with quote follow-ups and customer inquiries Respond to internal and external requests within the same business day Prioritize support for key and strategic ("Gold Star") accounts 4. Reporting & CommunicationProvide regular reporting to the Area Sales Manager (ASM), including: Quote volume and turnaround times Outstanding and delayed quotes General pipeline visibility and activity support Communicate proactively regarding delays, workload constraints, or process bottlenecks 5. Data, Survey & Account SupportSurvey Population & Data Management Compile, maintain, and update customer and project-related data in spreadsheets and tracking tools Account Support Assist with account organization and maintenance efforts Data Integrity & Cleanup Support ongoing account data maintenance, including: Updating market codes Removing duplicate or redundant accounts Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information 6. Workload Management & ExecutionManage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy Ensure deadlines and service level expectations are consistently met Communicate proactively when timelines are at risk Complete special projects and other duties as assigned This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Sales, or related field) 2+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or administrative support role preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skillsClean and valid driver's license Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Experience with CRM systems preferred WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to office and warehouse environments. The work environment will require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in certain areas. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
