Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Build relationships with healthcare, corporate, and performance-focused organizations
- Conduct in-person customer and prospect meetings throughout the territory
- Deliver presentations and solution-based sales proposals
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
- Manage sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting within CRM systems
- Achieve territory sales, profitability, and growth objectives
- Provide market feedback and identify new opportunities within the territory
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience
- Experience managing a territory and full sales cycle opportunities
- Background in consultative or solution-based selling
- Experience presenting to decision makers and executive stakeholders
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems
- Ability to manage a long sales cycle and multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree preferred
