Responsibilities

• Support clinical outreach efforts to connect patients with appropriate care
• Manage patient referrals and ensure timely follow-up
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Provide administrative support for clinical operations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, healthcare administration, or related field
• Experience in healthcare administration or clinical support roles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Current certification in Healthcare Compliance preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant privacy regulations
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
